MONDAY,  FEBRUARY 13TH- SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH, 2012

This week from the Connecticut Humane Society’s Waterford Branch we have Peak. Peak is a 1 ½ year old English Setter mix. He is a neutered male. Peak is a sweet, young man that would love to be your Valentine. He is a little shy at first but warms up with time. He loves to play outside and loves to cuddle with people and be pet. Peak would do best with older children and a home that is a high activity level. If you have any questions on Peak or any of the other animals at the shelter, give us a call at (860) 442 8583, check out our website at www.cthumane.org or stop in at 169 Old Colchester Road in Quaker Hill. Don’t forget to check out our Facebook page!!

Please share the love you have for animals by helping us assist those in need. Animals are relinquished to pounds and shelters daily when families might keep them with just a little support. Please bring us donations of dog and cat food for distribution to the pound and social services after our fundraiser.

In donating and/or shopping you will help make a difference in the lives of needy animals in New London County. Monies raised will go towards purchasing 2 new stainless steel cat cages for New London Animal Control.

Do you Have-a-Heart? Please help us help our communities four-legged family members! As a volunteer of Animal Welfare League of New London County, I know we are sincerely grateful for your support.
